Mental wellness is the mental state of someone who is not suffering from any mental illness. It is also called “good mental health.”

For emotional health, it is important to get enough sleep, eat healthy food, and learn how to manage stress. For physical health, it is important to do activities that get the heart rate up like running or biking.

Mental wellness can be improved by practicing mindfulness or meditation techniques so that the person becomes more aware of their thoughts and feelings.

It was not until recently that it became popular among common people, who have been speaking about their personal experiences on YouTube channels and Facebook pages.
